How do I book an event at Empty Spaces Venue?

Accepted Answer

Potential Renters can book online or in person. Renters must present a valid photo ID along with the signed contract. Your rental date is not secure until the 50% retainer and refundable security deposit is paid and a contract is signed.

o    Banquet Seating: up to 90 guests (tables & chairs included)
o    Cocktail/Standing: up to 125 guests
 Event Rooms:
o    Main Room: 1500 sq ft 
o    Medium Room: 650sq ft (Additional Fee) Not Included
o    Small Room: 350 sq ft
o    Outside Space: 700sq ft (Additional Fee) Not Included

·         Tables & Chairs Provided:
o    Round, Rectangle & Cocktail Tables

·         Site Attendant on-site for the entire rental duration

Do you require a security deposit to rent with Empty Spaces?

Yes, we require a $200 refundable incidental fee for all events.

 • Monday – Thursday (9 AM – 10 PM):                                 $150 / hourly
 • Friday (Any 7 hours,      9 AM – 12 AM):                             $1,000
 • Saturday (Day) (Any 7 hours, 9 AM – 5 PM):                  $1,000
 • Saturday (Evening) (6 PM – 12 AM):                                  $1,350  (1 Armed Guard)
 • Saturday (Full Day) (9 AM – 12 AM, 6-hour Min):         $300 / hourly
 • Sunday (Any 7 hours, 9 AM–10 PM):                                 $1,000
 • Kids Party (Age 12 & under) (Sat/Sun 11 AM – 4 PM):  $700      
 • Small Business/Corporate Rentals 
             (Mon – Thurs 9 AM – 8 PM $125 / Hour - Fri & Sat 9 AM– 4 PM $150 / hour 4 hour minimum)
